Notes:
This particular recording
has rather decent sound, is clean & has only minimal crowd noise. However,
unlike Duncan's recording, this seems to have a hint of echoe throughout the
recording. This is due to the placement of the taper & the venue acoustics
than anything else. Minus that very slight issue, this is just a fine MD
recording. Hard to find anything to say other than that. There are a couple
of little pops that seem to be in all copies so don't worry about that at
all. You know, almost every show has at least one or three things with it be
it a random pop, an unclean track transition or various other things. So, no
big deal. Really, when it comes down to it - a show like this sort of lets
the collector listen, examine & interpret the show from a slightly different
angle. However, I think that the more casual collector would be more than
satisfied with Duncan's stellar recording of this performance.
Maynardism:
"Because you people were
good enough to allow us to play two nights in a row, we decided to do a song
we haven't done yet. Nothing like a little pressure, eh guys?"
