Notes:
Excellent sound, esp. for a
MD recording. Levels are very nice & do not have any nasty distortion or
brick-walling which is sometimes a characteristic of position and/or
microphones, among other variables. However, the crowd does seem to be a
little bit louder than necessary. Actually, this recording has only recently
(as of June 2002)
been available for
trade & is a good one to get, if you want to hear Tool play in a really
(most likely)
small venue to a group of
die-hard & causal fans. The performance is, of course, polished & to the
point. Although, it could be agreed that this is a common enough performance
for this time period, it is pleasant to listen to even years after. Although
this will not be a life-altering recording or event, it is worth at least
some rotation on your CD player.
Maynardism:
"Thank you very much. We,
we are Tool. We'd like to thank you for this warm, warm reception. And
hopefully, we'll be back soon even though you didn't take your clothes off."
