Notes: Very clear recording, especially for a Mini Disc recording. This recording is a capture of an outdoor gig & there are a few 'flaps' of wind-noise but other than that the taper did a great job. Would have been nicer if Sony ECM mics were not used but they actually do a good job recreating the sound of this performance. Hard to really complain. Nothing really exceptional other than this is Tool playing an Ozzfest gig. I have listened to this recording quite a bit as its definitely a good one. There is a slight skip during AEnima but this is common in all copies. Performance is very good & seems to be rather rocking....I like the set list quite a bit as well. Fantastic rendition of Ticks & Leeches that is one for the record books. Well, maybe not, but this is a fine capture. This is the only known complete recording of this performance as well.
