Notes - by Taper: This was Justin's birthday which lead to a very "special" version of Ænema. Listen closely to MJK during that song. During Stinkfist MJK goes to the front of the stage pointing at someone and making a "cut throat" motion, apparently because said person either smoked or took a picture (couldn't see that from my position). But in any case it was surprising to see MJK actually leave his podium...Just before Vicarious he decided to start wearing his gas mask because "people love their cigarettes but I love my throat". The sound in the venue was excellent, in fact this may have been the best sounding show I ever attended. Very very transparent and just the right volume. With conditions like this it is easy to make a good sounding recording of a great band. Rosetta Stoned unfortunately has a (very) small skip. Sorry bout that. Enjoy. Please do not distribute MP3s of this recording.
Notes - by Galen: There is a cool Merkaba-like intro (only slightly) before Swamp Song; something that is nice to hear. This recording, by the source information alone, should not sound all that great. There are deficits such as the overall quasi-transparency of the sound as a whole (i.e.: tinny, unbalanced towards the high end) with not a lot of bass which can cause wincing at times. That said, this recording manages to capture the performance rather well. As of this date, 11/22/2006, this would definitely be the best sounding recording with this source info yours truly has heard. With a setlist that is not, exactly, the same as the previous warm-up leg, the attendees ascertained their money's worth. That is sure. All in all, this recording is surprisingly above average for the time.

"We'll see you...next summer. Hopefully somewhere outside with fresh air, so I don't have to wear this fuckin' mask"
