Notes - Galen: Man this recording sounds nice. Clean recording with head-thumping bass w/precisely crisp highs (w/o that annoying swish) leave you with a surprisingly clear sound. It is presumed that this was in a less than hospitable taping-situation. There are several instances of microphone phasing & as the taper correctly points out part of Stinkfist is missing. I believe there are two slightly different EQ versions of this source around on some level. Regardless, this is definitely a delightful listen of a steady if not somewhat predictable performance by Tool. Overall, really nice capture by the taper whilst in a difficult taping situation (the crowd seems a bit rowdy throughout).
