There are no known copies of this show in any circulation.
Notes - 2001: Someone sent me this show many moons ago, however, I managed to lose the discs or they are in a box somewhere or they vanished. This CD is missing. Replacement that is verified is requested. Email me. In fact, it has been so long since I heard this, at least 4 years, that I am not able to actually even verify it's existence in the trade community. Information appreciated...
